The relationship
The relationship began with modernising Al Maleka’s logo while preserving the recognisable Arabic character of the brand. The updated identity introduced a more elegant and versatile wordmark that could work across jewellery engraving, packaging and customer-facing materials.
The collaboration later expanded through several phases of social media content. Each phase responded to a different product-presentation need, from soft lifestyle photography and tactile styling to structured grids, close-up product details and a more catalogue-like Instagram experience.
The approach
The creative direction was intentionally restrained so the jewellery remained the focal point. Neutral fabrics, ceramic surfaces, textured materials and dark backgrounds were selected according to the colour, finish and form of each piece.
Close-up frames were used to reveal details such as clasps, gold stamps and construction elements. Consistent logo placement, address integration and feed structures helped every post work individually while contributing to a recognisable wider system.
